About Psychosomatic Therapy

There is a lot of illness, stress, depression, mental, emotional and physical conditions which can be improved by being aware of how your body communicates with you. Through thoughts, emotions and physical pain, Psychosomatic Therapy assists you in changing your relationship to each of these areas in your life.

Psychosomatic Therapy – is about “connecting with” and truly seeing people for their experiences in life.  In consulting with clients and reflecting the mind / body communication awareness – we are able to guide the clients awareness to habits, attitudes and behaviours which no longer serve them.

We look at your face and see each feature corresponds to a different part of your body, all having a unique meaning. The size, shape, positioning all providing insights into how you experience and interact with others, and you treat yourself.

As we conduct mind body analysis’s – we look at your bodies structure, the harmony and balance of your bodies energy centres, the balance between the left and right sides of your body.  The right side being your Masculine – Doing side, and your left being your Feminine – Feeling side.

Habitual thinking, emotional patterns and habits create neurological pathways in the brain which become – part of your form and emotional conditioning.

Psychosomatic Therapy considers the Mind-Body communication – by looking at your bodies structure, posture, how you breath, how you talk and the condition of your tissue it speaks to us.
