During this 6 day experience, you will be exploring how emotions get trapped in your body and how your body communicates with you. You will gain insights and tools to release emotions which no longer serve you. At the same time, you will receive introductory training on how you can improve communications with others by learning how to recognise protective patterns in them, which show in their physical form. This first 6 days of this training is Level One of the Psychosomatic Therapy Certificate Training. You will have the option to continue your training under Personal or Professional Development should you desire to do so.
